How do credits work?
Credits are used each time you perform a task on the platform. Here’s how they work for different functions:
Data Analysis Tasks:
Credit consumption is based on the complexity of the task, not the number of cells processed. Longer, multi-step tasks and spreadsheets with more columns will consume more credits. For example:
- A reasonably complex data analysis task typically consumes around 444 credits.
- More complex tasks that involve multiple steps or analyze larger datasets will use more credits proportionally.
Creative Tasks:
Creative tasks, such as content generation or classification, use credits based on the output of rows.
- 1 credit allows you to generate content for approximately 15 cells, with an average of 75 words per cell.
- In a free trial, you can use up to 1,333 credits on creative tasks, allowing for the processing of approximately 20,000 cells.
Do I need an API key?
No, you don’t need an API key from AI models to use our add-on. Our add-on is designed to be user-friendly, with seamless integration of AI directly into Google Sheets. We use multiple AI models in the background to handle various tasks, from creative content generation to data analysis, without any need for technical setup on your end.

We don’t offer a permanent free plan, but we do provide a 7-day free trial that includes 1,333 credits.
This allows you to experience the full range of our tools, including data analysis tasks and creative functions. The trial includes limited credits but gives you access to everything you’d get on a paid plan, so you can explore our add-on and see how it fits into your workflow.
How is my data processed?
Your privacy is important to us. We don’t store any of your spreadsheet data. When you run tasks, small samples of data are sent to AI models for processing, but the data is only used to provide the context needed for your request.
- No Data Storage: We don’t retain any of your spreadsheet data.
- Not Used for Training: Your data is never used to train or improve our AI models. It’s strictly processed for your requested task, and nothing more.
